Aim:
To facilitate idea
exchange and networking across countries and development
partners.
A need has been identified by reforming countries to increase exchange
and collaboration opportunities amongst themselves for exchange and
collaboration across countries. While no two country reform programmes
are identical, interactions between countries, such as site visits,
study tours, multilateral workshops and conferences, have
previously
proven to be incredibly useful and informative for countries at all
stages of implementation.
To address this need, the Network
serves as a global hub for connecting
policymakers, implementers and researchers across these countries. The
network brings together these stakeholders on a formal basis through
workshops, study tours or web conferences so that knowledge and ideas
can be shared with more ease. Moreover, the network fosters informal,
ongoing interactions between countries that are facing similar
challenges or implementing similar models.
